One team across strategy, build and capability
Most organisations end up assembling their AI capability from three separate suppliers: a consultancy for the strategy, a development shop for the build, and a training provider for the team. The handovers between them are where budgets and momentum are lost, because each supplier optimises for their own deliverable rather than for the outcome.
We deliberately span all three. The same organisation assesses where AI belongs in your business, builds the systems that follow from that assessment, and equips your team to operate and extend them. Advice given by people who will have to implement it tends to be more grounded, and systems built by people who understand the strategy tend to solve the right problem.

Where are you based and who do you work with?
AI Wizard Private Limited operates from India and works with clients across the country as well as international organisations. Business hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, and you can reach us at business@aiwizard.in.
Do we have to start with a large programme?
No, and we would usually advise against it. Most engagements begin with one narrowly scoped piece of work that produces evidence within weeks. That is deliberate — it lets both sides judge the fit before anyone commits to a bigger programme.
What is CareerCraft Labs?
CareerCraft Labs is the learning and innovation division of AI Wizard, covering corporate training, certifications, innovation challenges, hackathons and professional development. It exists because AI systems fail when the teams around them are not equipped to operate them.
Can you work alongside our existing vendors and teams?
Yes. We frequently work alongside in-house engineering teams and incumbent suppliers. What we ask for is clarity at the start about who owns which decisions, since ambiguity there causes more delivery problems than any technical issue.
